65% of farmers suffering from leukemia and many lambs born with deformities: are some of the issues raised in the report carried out by two veterinarians who examined all of the local health farms livestock of the area around the military base of the Polygon Quirra, on the coast south eastern Sardinia.
The Scientific Committee in charge of environmental monitoring will provide information that could make it official at the Ministry by March. Pastors of cancer deaths and deformed lambs - One of the most disturbing cases reported in the report is that of the birth of lambs with eyes behind the ears and genitals with no kids, while the two brothers who took care of the flock died of cancer at a distance of eight months each other.
